Restricted Access for IPF Advisers Leaving as of 1st April 2026
Restricted Access Overview
IPF advisers leaving as of 1st April 2026 will have restricted access to Toolbox after leaving – initially for a period of 6 weeks, but this can be extended if required.
This access is for progressing existing cases only and not for any new advice.
The details below outline what you can and cannot do so that compliance requirements can be met for existing cases and fees can be paid.

What if I need to action a change on a case keyed with Primus (rate change)?
- Simon is keeping his licence open with Primus so that we can key any rate changes on open Primus cases.
- The standard rate change compliance process will need to be carried out on Primus to ensure that any fees will be paid once this completes.
- Please send through your packaged cases in the usual format and these will be added to Toolbox.
Adding on OMS
- If there is an existing app/workflow on OMS: Update the stage accordingly (DIP and Full Application), DIP history, product details and Application overview with relevant dates. Add the completed Primus documents into the ‘Compliance Documents’ folder in documents.
- If there is not an app/workflow: Add on and update the basic details – loan details, applicant details, Product, DIP history, update dates in Application overview and place all Primus documents into the ‘Compliance Documents’ folder in documents. Ensure it is in the right status – DIP and Full Application.
Tasks / Chasers on Toolbox
Becky will be working with the support team on getting outstanding case notes from Toolbox and uploading these to OMS to allow us to chase from OMS.
